...Levels of Managerial Communication and The Strategic Model of Communication There are 5 levels of managerial communication. Each of its level is as important as the next. They can occur individually or all at once. Intrapersonal communication is the first level. It focuses internally such as noting, listening closely, as well as reading, while the second level; Interpersonal level of communication focuses on 2 or more individuals exchanging thoughts, details, giving feedback, and for social connection.
