Ariana Grande-Butera, whose name was inspired by princess Oriana, was born in Boca Raton on 26th of July 1993. Her mother is Joan Grande who is the CEO of Hose-McCann communications. Ariana’s father is known as Edward Butera who owns a firm for graphic designing. She is half Abruzzese and half silican. She has a half brother who is older than her;the brother is a dancer, producer and he is also an actor. Her parents split when she was either 8 or 9 years old.As a young girl she loved having her face skeleton painted and this made her describe herself as a weird girl. She loved deranged and dark ideas that her mother got concern.

Grande started by performing in theatre where she played her first role as Annie; she also performed in musicals. In south Florida, she performed in different orchestras on a cruise ship when she was 8 years old.
