Name of Assessment: What’s My Jungarian 16 Type Personality?
Individual Score: ENFP
National Score: N/A
Agree or Disagree?: Agree
This assessment delves into the various personality traits that include Introverted or Extroverted (I or E), Sensing or Intuitive (S or iN), and Perceiving or Judging (P or J). These traits are the combined into a series of 4 letters that describe one’s personality. There are sixteen combinations of personality types that can be formed from this assessment. When deciding if one is Introverted or Extraverted, it is important to understand the flow of energy which essentially “defines how we receive the essential part of our stimulation.” If one receives their flow of energy from themselves, then they can be classified as Introverted but if they rely on external sources then they are Extraverted. How we take in information deals with our preferred way of absorbing. Does one rely on their five senses to absorb information? Then this individual would be characterized as Sensing! If the individual relies solely on their instincts then they can be classified as Intuitive. The last two categories deal with how an individual makes decisions. If the individual is prone to making decisions based on logic and objective considerations then they are classified as Thinking but if they make decisions based on one’s personal value system then they are classified as Feeling (BSM Consulting, 2012). These six categories presented me with the classification of ENFP. I definitely agree with these results. According to the analysis and interpretation of my personality type, I am “people-oriented, creative, and highly optimistic” (Robbins, 2009), which I couldn’t agree more with! Individuals with this type of personality are often referred to as “The Inspirer” due to their enthusiastic, idealistic, and creative ideas. Also, this type of personality states this type of individual is open-minded and flexible that needs to live their lives in accordance with their inner values. (BSM Consulting, 2012). All of these types resonate well with me and I sincerely believe that my personality type is spot on with my personality.
In my current role as an Employment Consultant, I am dealing with people every minute of every day. Also, I work with individuals with disabilities which requires me to be creative when marketing my clients to employers. Also, I have to be creative with a variety of interventions for individuals with disabilities depending on their abilities. Also, my personality type states that I possess a broad range of interests and abilities which I find to be one of my greatest assets. I have an ability to transfer many of my skills into most aspects of my job!

Name of Assessment: Am I a Type A?
Individual Score: 110
National Score: N/A
Agree or Disagree?: Agree Individuals that are classified as a Type A personality are very intense individuals with a completely competitive nature. Also, these individuals are very self-critical and are consntaly finding fault in their personality and work because of their competitive nature. Individuals are highly involved in their work and often take the lead. The more intense of a Type A the indivudl is the harder it is for them to assume a following position. Type A personality is a synonomous term for for a sense of urgency. It is common to see an individual with a Type A personality walking, talking, and eating fast! There seems to be a constant struggle against the clock to fit in a multiple tasks at the sametime. They are impatient when things do not go their way or someone is running late. Individuals that possess a Type B personality are the oppositie of Type A people! They are often laid back and lack a compeititve edhe. Also, thse individuals are typically followers that allow their opinions to not be heard. They are less aggressive and move at a leisurely pace. I definitely agree that I am a Type A. I was interested to find out that I was not an intense Type A. I often find myself engaging in rigourous multi-tasking and talking “a mile a minute.” People in my life are constantly asking me “where’s the fire?” as I pass by because I am always in some sort of hurry. The one Type A personality quality that I lack is the intense need to be on time. I am often rushing around the house to get ready in the morning because I decided that fifteen minutes of extra sleep were more important than the lack of feeling rushed! I believe my personality type definitely benefits me in my workplace. I am consntaly juggling a high caseload with multiple demands. I have the innate ability to perform multiple tasks quickly with a high sense of quality. I am not a big fan of distractions when I am working on different tasks so I find myself not listening to my co-workers when they seek out my attention while I am completing a project/task. As a Type A, I go above and beyond what is expected of my performance at work and I am not afraid to speak my mind. In the employment setting, I find myself assuming the leadership role most times but I do not have a problem realizing the need to allow another individual to become the leader.

Name of Assessment: How Creative Am I?
Individual Score: 16
National Score: N/A
Agree or Disagree?: Agree
Creativity is defined as the “ability to produce something new through imaginative skill, whether a new solution to a problem, a new method or device, or a new artistic object or form. The term generally refers to a richness of ideas and originality of thinking” ("Creativity," 2013). Creativity is a necessary and useful tool in the decision makin process because it allows them to think outside of the norm and engage in innovative thought processes. I have always found myself to be creative. I am consntaly looking for new ways to approach problems and am intellectually stimulated as well as captivated by creative ideas. Movies, books, concepts, individuals, etc. that are outside of the typical norm that society has defind as “normal” always spark my curiousity and motivate me to see things in a different way. In my current workplace, creativity is a necessary tool to help myself, co-workers, and clients succeed. Learning how to combat stigma against people with disabilities when meeting with employers can be a hard task but because of my creativity and ability to read individuals I find myself educating them. I always say that I am a sales position. I have to sell my clients and organization to the employer as well as sell myself to the client so they choose to work with me. Without creativity, appealing to all parties involved would be difficult. Also, individuals with disabilities require a differnet level of support dpeneind on their abilities. For example, a client of mine with Autism was continusouly acting out while on the clock. We tried dimming the light to subdue the sensory input they were receing as well as providing them with headphones to use when it became too loud. These were just a couple of the accomodations we provided. But, it wasn’t until I took the time to study my client to understand that if we simply cut out the tag in the back of his shirt, the behaviors would diminish. That is what happened and the client became behavior free in the workplace!

Name of Assessment: How Satisfied Am I with My Job?
Individual Score: 91
National Score: 74-76
Agree or Disagree?: Agree Job satisfaction is the general attitude an indiviauls has about their job. It is also referred to as "the extent to which people like (satisfaction) or dislike (dissatisfaction) their jobs" (Spector, 1997). High levels of job satisficaton result in lower turn-over rates and absenteeism. When individuals are highly satisfied within their job setting it tends to coorrelate with their overall quality of life. I would definitely agree with the results of this assessment. I absolutely love my job and the company that I work for! I am consntaly supported and challenged to reach my potential at all times. I have never been in a company that I have felt satisfied with. I have viewed my companies as stepping stones to a bigger and better company. I finally feel as if I am in the right company. I am ready to move up within the company multiple times because I am so happy with the company! Being satisfied with my company and job has spilled over to my overall quality of life. I find that I am in a great mood and ready to work each morning! Having this satisfaction has helped me turn out better results and remain client driven. Being supported with my decisions and challenged to reach new and innovative heights has allowed me to feel a sense of loyalty to the company.

Name of Assessment: What Motivates Me?
Individual Score: Growth Needs: 20, Relatedness Needs: 18, Existence Needs: 18
National Score: N/A
Agree or Disagree?: Agree According to the ERG Theory of Motivation, which is closely related to Maslow’s Hierarchy of Needs, growth needs are defined as “the need for self-development and personal growth and advancement” ("ERG theory of," 2012). The need to feel self-actualized and possess self-esteem fall under this category as well. Existence needs “include need for basic material necessities. In short, it includes an individual’s physiological and physical safety needs” ("ERG theory of," 2012). Relatedness needs include “the aspiration individual’s have for maintaining significant interpersonal relationships (be it with family, peers or superiors), getting public fame and recognition. Maslow’s social needs and external component of esteem needs fall under this class of need” ("ERG theory of," 2012). My highteset scoring category was Growth Needs. I do agree with these results because I find myself constantly working to get to the next level in my career. I do feel the constant need for growth within my career as well as personal life. I am consntaly working hard during the current phase my of my life to create a better life for myself as I continue to move through the various stages of life and within my career. Because of my innate feelings for success and need for growth, I find myself consntaly working hard to prove them I am work a promotion and pay raise. I am consntaly taking on more projects and going out of my way to “wow” my supervisor with my skills and teamwork!

Name of Assessment: What Rewards Do I Value Most?
Individual Score: Extremely Great Value: good pay, vacation time, job security, chances to advance, flexible schedule. Great Value: title, recognition, interesting work, pleasant conditions. Moderate Value: friendly co-workers
National Score: N/A
Agree or Disagree?: Agree

Risk Assessment Paper

...Risk Assessment Paper CMGT 579 September 26, 2011 Kyrstal Hall Every organization is faced with some risk or potential threat that could cause an interruption to the organization’s operations. These risks and threats can come from within or outside of the organization. To prepare for the worst that could happen, organizations must focus their attention on how to assess different types of risks to protect the organization from the possible negative effects to the daily operations. Performing a risk assessment is one of the most important steps in the risk management process (eHow, 2011). A Risk Assessment is periodic assessment of the risk and magnitude of the harm that could result from the unauthorized access, use, disclosure, disruption, modification, or destruction of information and information systems that support the operations and assets of the organization. A risk assessment should include a consideration of the major factors in risk management: the value of the system or application, threats, vulnerabilities, and the effectiveness of current or proposed safeguards. Many organizations perform risk assessments to measure the amount of risks that could affect their organization, and identify ways to minimize these risks before a major disaster occurs. Department of Defense Information Systems Agency (DISA) follows guidelines and policies governed by processes by which the organization assesses and manages exposure to risks. In this paper the subject to identify...

Note the comments along the left side of the paper that point out some of the expectations of the assignment. Abstract Assessment tools are used in classrooms, by teachers, to help them learn the many student differences. It is important for teachers to discover the different interests, ability/intellectual levels, achievement levels, and personality types of students so that they can effectively instruct students accordingly. Some assessment tools (tests) that have been found to help teachers discover these differences are Student Interest Survey for Career Clusters, Brigance Early Childhood Screen II K & 1, Woodcock-Johnson Tests of Cognitive Abilities, Kaufman Test of Educational Achievement, TerraNova/Cat 6 Test, and Millon Adolescent Personality Inventory. Interests 1. The Student Interest Survey for Career Clusters is a survey that is used for those exploring careers, or can be used by students for educational purposes only. My Relationship With Writing

...The hate side of my relationship with writing stems from school. This is because most of the writing assessments dont allow me to have creative freedom. 9 times out of 10 we have to write about something like why we love school (we don't) or sometime you had to do something specific that you can't remember ever doing. And then when you get to write something that has a plot instead of a 5 paragraph essay about why school shouldn't be start earlier, you have to write from a prompt that sounds like something you would find in a children's story contest. I understand why we are given prompts, i just wish we could have more creativity with them instead of writing with a specific prompt. That is why i partly hate writing. The love side of my...

In this report, I intend to review a variety of theories relative to organizational behaviour by considering each in relation to my own experiences as a mid-level manager. This reflection will focus primarily on three themes including personality, working in groups, and leadership. Throughout this report, I will consider my own personal strengths and weaknesses, attempting to determine how each affected situational outcomes. Many of these strengths and weaknesses were highlighted through a series of self-assessment exercises completed as part of the "Prentice Hall Self-Assessment Library" (Robbins and Judge, 2007), the results of which will be regularly referred to in this report. In closing, I will summarize areas requiring continued personal effort in order to ensure ongoing development and both personal and professional growth. Therefore, rereading my writing will help me to edit, change, add, and delete information on my papers. While taking English course at Mission College, I have learned that revision is the process of returning to a previously drafted piece of writing to incorporate feedback, add on, and refine specific elements of the assignment. In addition, revising builds my understanding of writing as a process that is ongoing, reflective, and nuanced, and can facilitate self-assessment and academic goal setting....

Activities for Health and Well Being

...Health and Social Care Activities for health and well being Introduction The unit requires me to manage an activity in a health and social care environment which will benefit an individual or a small group of service users, the activity will allow me to work on my communication skills with contrasting age groups. With the activities I have designed I would have to take into account the physical, intellectual, social and emotional side of each child. For this I will be visiting Woodend Preschool where I will be holding an activity to evaluate the children's skills and assessing how well we communicate between each other, by the way our body language comes across. Before making my final decision about the activity, I will have to take into consideration the skills each child has, the facilities, safety implications, equipment and time. Also I have to plan, improve and evaluate my activity; I have also made samples for each of my activities. The preschool and early school years are also full of changes, from three to five the child’s motor skills, language, thinking and social development change dramatically. A01- Suitable Activities and Reasons for Choice I have created a range of activities that would be suitable for Pre-schoolers aged between three to four, at this point in their life the child's development is important, it is a time where the child’s world will be dominated by fantasy and vivid imagination.
