Assignment #2(1)

Procedure :

1. Open AutoCAD and save a file as Drawing2(1).dwg .
2.Start the Line Command and on the _line Specify first point: type (0,0) and press Enter .
3. Set the ORTHO Command ON .
4. Move the cursor up in 90-degree direction and on the Specify next point or [Undo] : type 6.5 and press Enter .
5. Move the cursor right and on the Specify next point or [Undo]: type 6.5 and press Enter .
6. Again Start the Line command and On the _line Specify first point : select the first Endpoint.
7. On the Specify next point or [Undo]: type 5.5 and press Enter .
8. Move the cursor up 90-degree and on the Specify next point or [Undo]: type 2.5 and Enter .
9. Move the cursor right and on the Specify next point or [Undo]: type 2.7360 and press Enter .
10. Move the Cursor 90-degree up and on the Specify next point or [Undo]: type 3 and press Enter .
11. Press Enter to END the command .
12. Set the POLAR Tracking for 45 degrees .
13. Open Line Command and on the _line Specify first point: pick the 5th End point then pick the 6th Endpoint and press Enter .
14. Go to Draw>Arc>Start , End , Angle .
15. On the _arc Specify start point of arc or [Center]: pick the 4th Endpoint then pick the 2nd Endpoint and on the Specify center point of arc type 180 and press Enter .
16. Again go to Draw>Arc>Start , End , Angle and then first pick the 2nd Endpoint then press the 4th Endpoint and press Enter .
17. Go to Draw>Circle>Centre , radius and on the _circle Specify center point for circle or [3P/2P/Ttr (tan tan radius)] : first press Shift then right click and then select the 1st Endpoint .
18. On the _from Base point: <Offset>: type (2.75,3) and press Enter .
19. On the Specify radius of circle or [Diameter]: press 1.0865 and press Enter.
20. Save the drawing and Exit AutoCAD 2000i .
