These tasks were the result of a high amount of turnover trend of attrition and employees being unhappy within this particular company. The initial action taken involved data collection that were presented and passed out to employees in the form of an internal employee survey. The data collection analysis revealed our hypothesis and we set out to prove that the increase in employee turnover was due to low employee morale and poor employee performance not being happy with their role and the environment being a part of this company. The initial survey leads us to understand we have to get a stronger response rate than just 17.3%—to help achieve the goal of obtaining the feedback of the vast majority of BIMS employees.
