Philip II - Philip II was the king of Spain in 1556 and the king of Portugal. In 1554, he also became the king of Sicily, and Duke of Milan. Philip II was the most powerful king during his time.

Henry of Navarre - Henry IV was the king of Navarre during 1572 to 1610 and also was the king of France during 1589 to 1610. Henry IV was the very first monarch to work for the House of Bourbon.

Cardinal Richelieu - Cardinal Richelieu was a Cardinal-Duke of Richelieu and Fronsac. He was also a noble, clergyman, and statesman from France. Cardinal Richelieu became a bishop in 1607. While he was a bishop, in 1616, he was agreed to be the Secretary of State for Foreign Affairs.

Jean Baptiste Colbert - Jean-Baptiste Colbert was a politician from France. Under the supervision of King Louis XIV, he worked as the Minister of Finances of France in 1665-1683. Since he worked so hard, he was a respected minister.

Maria Theresa - Maria Theresa was a ruler of the Habsburg dominions and also the ruler of the House of Habsburg. She ruled a lot of big countries like Austria and the Austrian Netherlands. Maria Theresa was also the only female ruler during her time.

Frederick the Great - Frederick the Great reigned in the Kingdom of Prussia in 1740-1786. Frederick the Great was also the third Hohenzollern king to reign. And Frederick the Great is also known best for his victories in the army and his improvements made on the Prussian armies. Frederick is also known for his victory in the Seven Years' War. Peter the Great - Peter the Great was the ruler of the Tsardom of Russia and the ruler of the Russian Empire in 1682 to his death in 1725. Peter the Great has won many wars, and because of his victories he has enlarged the Tsardom into a bigger empire that soon became a European
