At CCAC Boyce Campus, a short distance from the north entrance, there is a piece of land that is home to little more than some children’s play equipment that goes unused. This underutilized plot (of land?) is prime real estate and could be used for a multitude of much more useful things. I think that the most beneficial use of the space would be a coffee shop.
