effective manager takes responsibility in ensuring each individual within his deprtment succeeds and that the team or business unit achieve results.successful managers requires both talent and skill.skills can be developed through training or experience.but if a manager lacks talent,his chances of been successful is minimal. To be a good manager within the 3 to 5 years, i have to increase my communication skill as fast as possible because as a manager i have to instruct as well as listen. Communicate effectively to process information, and then relate it back to my team clearly.To be effective manager i should be able to understand,decipher,and relate the organization's vision back to my co-employees in order to maintain productivity. In 3 to 5years,i will look to expand my leadership skills by gaining the trust of my co-employees,provide directions for them,and also delegates responsibility amongst my team members. Encourage Adaptability I want to see myself as someone who is able to adjust quickly to unexpected circumstances,be able to lead my team to also adjust as well.to be creative with my god given talent in sloving and finding solutions to old problems. i will like to promote personal growth In other to lead others i have to seek improvement in myself.I want to be willing in learning more and use my natural talents more to the best of my of my ability and be able to encourage same behaviour with my fellow
