The educational sector specifically colleges and universities in the Philippines is facing great challenges nowadays, administrators and school officials finds this dilemma as changing in effect to how they will going to address problems arising. One of which is the declining enrollment, policy integration to the culture of the students and the likes. Thus, it is therefore necessary for these academic leaders to re visit existing system that somehow affects to the grueling problems of schools and universities. Educational leaders must look into consideration the styles they are using if it helps to the success of the management. Educational leaders are important to the accomplishment of the school and universities. Were they were the one who make decisions in enhancing and improving the organization. A lot of author said that, in educational organizations there is an assumption that leaders of educational change should be both leaders and managers. Guthrie and Reed (1991) observed the following about superintendents and principals that as managers they must ensure that fiscal and human resources are used effectively in attaining organizational goals. As leaders they must display the vision and skills necessary to create and maintain a suitable teaching and learning environment, to develop school goals, and to inspire others to achieve these goals. On the other hand, the change of management is also important in the context of the educational system. Change management aims to improve the performance of the schools, achieving quality education, and enhancing customer satisfaction. Hanson (2003) defines management that involves decisions about how things should be done; that is, the role is directed toward controlling and using resources to achieve organizational goals.
