The Cupid Shuffle
Instructions
1 Step to your right four times, sliding your body with every step, in time to the lyrics "To the right, to the right, to the right, to the right." 2 Step to the left four times, sliding your body with every step, in time to the lyrics "To the left, to the left, to the left, to the left."
3 Kick your right foot out onto its heel and then kick your left foot out onto its heel, alternating the feet for a total of four times to the lyrics "Now kick, now kick, now kick, now kick." 4 Walk in place slowly while twisting your body a quarter turn to the left to the lyrics "Now walk it by yourself." 5 Repeat all four steps throughout the duration of the song.

The Hokey Pokey
Instructions
1 Gather several people into a group and form a circle. 2 While singing the "Hokey Pokey" song, follow the directions.
3 Put your left leg into the circle. 4 Put your left leg out behind you. 5 Put your left leg in again and shake it all about. 6 Put your elbows at your sides with your hands about shoulder height and do the hokey pokey, turning clockwise in a circle and alternately raising your hands a few inches. 7 Stop turning and clap your hands while singing, "That's what it's all about." 8 Repeat the entire dance, but change the body part to your right leg, then left arm, followed by your right arm, head, and finally your backside.

The Wobble
Instructions
1 Begin by shaking your hips to the beat, in order to feel the rhythm of the music.

2 Take a step forward and wobble in place for four beats. The wobble is where the dance gets its name, and it merely refers to shaking your hips and shoulders to the beat, while you stand in place.
3 Take a step back and wobble for four beats. When you take a step back, you should be back in the place where you started. 4 Take a step to the right and drop your right shoulder, while wobbling for four beats. 5 Take a step to the left and drop your left shoulder, while wobbling for four beats. 6 Put your right foot forward, while leaving your left foot in place, and wobble for four beats. This part is called the cha-cha, where you continue to move your hips and dance with one leg forward. 7 Continue the cha-cha by pulling your right foot back and placing your left foot in front of you. You'll do this and hold your left foot out for a total of four beats. 8 Turn to your left at a 90 degree angle, and start over, repeating the dance from Step 1. During this turn, you'll turn and wobble for a total of four beats, before stepping forward to begin the next series of moves.
The Electric Slide
1.Grapevine, Right, Touch. Step to the right on the right foot. Step the left foot behind the right foot; 2 Step to the right on the right foot. Touch the left foot next to the right foot (clap).
3 Grapevine, Left, Touch. Step to the left on the left foot then step the right foot behind the left foot. Step to the left on the left foot and touch the right foot next to the left foot (clap). 4 Walk back, touch. Walk back stepping right, left and right. Touch the left foot next to the right foot (clap). 5 Step, Touch, Step, Touch, Step, Touch, Step, Touch, Step with 1/4 Turn, Hop. Step forward on the left foot and touch the right foot toe to the left heel (clap). Step backward on the right foot; touch the left foot toe to the right toe (snap). Step forward on left foot and touch the right foot toe to the left heel (clap). Step backward on the right foot and touch the left foot toe to the right toe (snap). Step forward on the left foot, turning 1/4 turn to your left then hop.
The Cha Cha Slide
Instructions
1 "Take it Back:" Step back with your left foot, then step back with the right foot, and step back with the left foot again. Bring your right foot to your left foot, bringing your feet together.
2 "Slide to the left, slide to the right:" Step to the left with your left foot, then slide your right foot over to meet it. Step to the right with your right foot, then slide your left foot over to meet it.
3 "Reverse:" Jump and turn 180 degrees. 4 "Cha-Cha:" Cross your left foot over your right foot, step back with your right foot foot, step to the right with the right foot and step forward with the left foot. 5 "Crisscross" by jumping up and landing with your legs crossed. Jump up again, uncross your legs and land with your feet shoulder width apart. 6 "Clap your hands:" Stand in place and clap your hands to the beat. Near the end of the song he says, "Everybody clap your hands." At this point clap your hands fast, in sync with the clapping on the track. 7 "Turn it out" and "go to work: "Turn to your left when Mr. C. gives either of these instructions. 8 Put your "Hands on your knees" and pop your back in and out, or move your knees in and out, keeping your hands on your knees. 9 Do the "Charlie Brown" by hopping onto your left foot. Hop back onto your right foot, leaving your left foot extended in front of you. Repeat.
The 1,2 Step by Ciara
Instructions
1 Play the song "1, 2 Step" and wait for the chorus, "Let me see you 1, 2 Step. I love it when you 1, 2 Step." 2 Step out to the right side with your right foot.
3 Cross your left foot behind your right foot. 4 Take another step to the right with your right foot. 5 Touch your left foot next to your right foot. 6 Step out to the left side with your left foot. 7 Cross your right foot behind your left foot. 8 Take another step to the left with your left foot. 9 Touch your right foot next to your left foot. 10 Repeat the steps throughout the chorus of the song.

Instructions
1 Start with your feet at shoulder width and your knees slightly bent. 2 Jump and land with your legs crossed.
3 Jump again and land with your feet back at shoulder width. 4 Lift your left foot behind your right leg and slap the sole of your left foot with your right hand. 5 Return to the starting position. 6 Twist your body slightly to the right and shimmy your shoulders to the right and then to the left. 7 Dip your body at the knees and tap your left foot on the ground to the left . 8 Take your right foot and tap it on the floor in front of your left foot, then move it towards the left and tap it again. 9 Raise your right knee and tap it with your right hand. 10 Turn to the left and extend your hands in front of you with your palms together as if praying. 11 As you lean forward on your left foot, raise your right leg behind you and turn your palms, which are still in a prayer position, outward. Pull your arms backward toward your sides as if you're swimming. This is the "Superman." 12 Hop three times to the left while extending your arms across your body to the right in a hula-like pose. 13 Hop three times back to the right while extending your arms across your body the left. 14 Repeat the three hops to the left and then to the right. 15 Repeat all of the steps in the other direction. For instance, if you lifted your left foot behind you and slapped the sole with your right hand, this time lift your right foot behind you and slap it with your left hand. If you Supermanned to the left the first time, this time Superman to the right. 16 Practice so that you get the timing right. You should be doing the Superman maneuver as the song mentions Superman and you should be hopping with your arms extended as the song says, "Yuuuuuaaaa!", whatever that means.
