Certainty, risk, and uncertainty are 3 different conditions in which managers may make a decision. I will say that I came into a conflict with a manager at a well-known establishment in my town. Technology helped me because when the server refused to serve me due to restaurant closing I was able to call his manager with my cell phone. I wished that technology had helped the manager because he was very rude and not an active listener but rather an arrogant- you know what. I expressed to him that I was there at the restaurant before closing and the servers took so long to take my order that it brought us too closing. He told me that he saw me pull up in the gray car but the red car was his last car. My car is blue so I realized this manager wasn’t at all vested in good service as it related to me. He shooed me away. The manager would have done well to google proper customer service as even when I worked in fast-food as a teen I was strictly warned that my job is not finished until the very last customer is served! I did not argue with this ignorant person, rather I used technology and emailed corporate with my complaint. The general manager of the restaurant contacted me today to relay her disappointment with this employee and apologize as she expressed he did not follow her leadership at all. She expressed her gratitude toward me for communicating this grievance to them as she has had problems with this employee ever since the store moved him to her location. My complaint exposed her pains with the ingrate. I was offered an amazing credit at the restaurant to continue frequenting the place as a valued customer.

I read where the professor said that everything in life is planned from marriage to funerals. My life is often not planned, rather I leave much into the hands of my heavenly father to plan for me as his plans for me are for good and not for evil to give me
