DIET AND EXERCISE ANALYSIS

Describe my eating habit, well my eating habits have not changed much, I am still eating the same foods as before but not as much or as often as I should considering my hectic schedule with meetings all day and trying to play catch up with my work at work and my school work has been very challenging for to keep up. But I notice I do get more headaches because I’m not eating or not eating enough. Well I was not been on a diet prior but I still love to eat healthy and the correct foods majority of the time. But so far I haven’t seen much of a change in my diet, just and overwhelming work load. I eat a little at a time when I can at work due to meetings all day three times a week, so that consumes my mornings, and lunch, and even my evenings, but for the other two great days I look forward to, I eat fruit, yogurts, vegetables, plenty of water that it seems I can’t get enough of water, salads, and so forth not much to my diet. Must definitely this diet could be much more productive for me if I had more time in my day to consume my three square meals that are properly planned for me. On my days I have no meeting I take the time to walk around the building mailing paper work that must go out, and to give my eyes and mind a break, but now that it has warmed up I can at least take the time to go outside and breath and just enjoy the little time of piece and serenity I have until I return within the hour to

I do, however eat plenty of the daily value of fruits and proteins. The food tracker showed that I should be eating about 2000 calories a day while breastfeeding. When I put int the foods I am eating each day, it was under the daily recommended count. The tracker recommends I eat 6 ounces of grains, 2 1/2 cups of vegetables, 2 cups fruit, 3 cups dairy, and 5 1/2 ounces of proteins. I did not eat enough grains (4 1/2 ounces), but I eat over the recommended protein for the day at 13 1/2 ounces. I did not eat any fruits and I was under the recommended vegetables and dairy for the day. I had only one cup of vegetables and 3/4 cup of dairy. Our body is made of 60% water, which it needs to survive. Carbohydrates are important for energy. Proteins are needed for your body to grow properly. Fats are needed for tissue growth and hormone production. Vitamins are needed for different functions but most importantly for your immune system to function properly.
