The three articles covered in this paper focuses on organizational candidates, presidential affiliates and doctoral students with the leadership skills needed for the role of educated professionals research. This paper will have the in-depth research-based on the commonality of all the articles which is inclusive of personality and behavior traits as well as embracing the management philosophy portraying a functional method to detect prospective leaders. It is not an ironclad method which envisages who will direct or by what method will he or she direct. These articles give a concept into the methods to effect or utilize a particular description of successful management. However the conception of an effective leader is biased, which makes it challenging to visibly describe what characteristics and qualities cause somebody to be an effective administrator or leader. Three self-rating instruments were employed to survey 901 college students’ experience as research data. Su** 1 Introduction Do we need a separate model of psychology to describe how Asians process information in the managerial context? Do Asian and Western managers evaluating the same business decision take fundamentally different paths and reach different conclusions? One view might hold that just as the rules of mathematics are identical in the East and West, the rules of analysis in business will tend to be very similar, and hence no special differentiation is necessary for the Asian context. We suggest that while business organizations in each culture engage in similar behavior, there are nonetheless deep social differences that pervade how information is processed. We offer as an analogy the difference between dining in China and dining in the West. In both contexts, the major activity of the patrons is to receive a meal in exchange for payment. Aside from the fact that the food in these restaurants tastes different, many differences in venue reflect different social beliefs and assumptions. In the West, restaurants are usually equipped with rectangular tables, often suitable for two to four people, at which the diners randomly take seats. In China, it is more common to have large round tables that allow each individual to directly face a large number of compatriots. This definition is sufficiently broad encompassing the many paths an entrepreneur may take, be it Schumpeterian profit maximisation or the social entrepreneurial desire to create social wealth (Zahra, 2009). The aim of this essay is to analyse some of the personal traits academics believe to be common to established entrepreneurs, in turn discussing how these strengths and weaknesses are applicable to myself. STRENGTH 1: “Innovativeness with the ability to combine resources effectively” Kirzner’s (2008) view of the entrepreneur is that they are “not creators, merely alert” to opportunities which arise around them. This somewhat contradicts the Schumpeter (ian) (1961) ideology that the entrepreneur is a “heroic… daring… captain of industry”. Forming a hybrid between these views, Casson (1982), states that the “entrepreneurs task (is) to discover and exploit opportunities… where products or services can be sold at a greater cost than their cost of production”.
