Not all people from Mexico should be judged by what others are. He has also mentioned that building the wall will insure

Mr. Trump bullies people, he names calls, he makes fun of people because of their race, their ethnicity and the way they look. Bill Day Analyzing Donald Trump's Humpty

...Bill Day resolutely ridicules Donald Trump in this comic, “Trumpty Dumpty,” for his statement about Mexicans and his plans to create a wall prohibiting illegal aliens from coming into our country by caricaturing him as an egg-like figure and paralleling his comic to the well-known nursery rhyme, Humpty Dumpty. The issue presented is Trump’s idea of Border Security, and the cartoonist is clearly opposed to Donald Trump and wants to correct his faulty racist ideals. He conveys this through emphasizing the “Trumpty Dumpty” pun and giving him an egg-like head and making motion lines to show him falling. This comic parallels the Humpty Dumpty nursery rhyme, where Humpty Dumpty falls off a wall. Bill Day is making the statement that the “U.S.-Mexico...

Hillary Clinton Vote For President

...experienced, she would be the first women president, and Donald Trump is a horrible person, in my opinion. Hillary Clinton should be president for many more reasons, but this is just one. If you want even more reasons, you should go to www.hillaryclinton.com. Before anything else, I would vote for Hillary Clinton because she has more experience. Clinton was the First Lady while her husband, Bill Clinton, was the 42nd president of the United States. Also, Hillary Clinton is a former U.S Secretary of State. So, this is just saying the experience she has , but it goes deeper than that. While Hillary was the First Lady, she did many things for the United States. For example, she led the fight for a change in health care. When she was the 67th U.S Secretary of State, Clinton said that we need to address the threat of climate change. Furthermore, Hillary Clinton would make a good president because she would be the first women president. I know that this is an obvious choice, but just think about it. Barack Obama was the first African-American president, and Hillary would be the first women president. Although, Clinton wasn’t the first woman...

Hillary Clinton Persuasive Essay

...Presidential elections for 2016 are going to be Donald Trump going against Hillary Clinton. At first Trump, who everyone thought wouldn’t be winning the presidency but, made it there anyway. Then there’s Hillary Clinton, who was widely viewed as an unbeatable opponent. In all honesty I believe that Hillary Clinton would be a much better candidate as well as a president for the 2016 elections. Moreover, for Donald Trump, he had a long way towards the elections since the path to the nomination required going through a huge field of Republican rivals. Trump was viewed as a aging entertainer with no political experience. But,it turns out his ability to win television attention as well as his disregard for policy and ,Republican orthodoxy...

Arguments Against The First Amendment

...You have the rights of freedom of speech and the right to protest as long as you're not infringing on the rights of another person. Yes, that means that you just can’t sit down in the road and stop traffic or just decide that you're going to riot outside the location where a speaker is going to speak. A part of the liberal side has decided that they will essentially determine what's socially right and wrong in our nation. Supporting Donald Trump you're racist, wanting to prevent illegal immigration, you're racist and let's say you disagree with the scale of police brutality you're racist. The thing is though that I agree with this stances, but I’m not racist. I don’t want to limit the success of people who are different then me. The left though has tried to categorize me and if I try to say my opinion I’m just associated with a group of people who don’t represent my...

Donald Trump's Stereotypes

...I believe that Donald Trump and I have the same taste of music. Obviously he loves the song “I know, you know” by The Friendly Indians. “I know you know, that I am not telling the truth, I know you know that they don’t have any proof.” He knows, we know that he isn’t telling the truth. But he got the last part wrong. We do have proof. He knows, we know that he just loves to grope women but won’t admit that what he does is wrong. He knows, we know that he didn’t lose the popular vote because of voter fraud intended to help his campaign opponent Hillary Clinton. He knows, we know that immigrants aren’t all to blame for the crime rates. He knows, we know that he isn’t telling the truth. We know, he knows he doesn’t have any proof. Gideon Resnick...

Donald Trump Persuasive Speech

...‘Donald Trump, right man for the job?’ When did the world get so narrow-minded? Our newest president might have helped people in the past, like fighting against anti-Semitism and racism or flying a seriously ill Jewish boy from California to New York for medical treatment, but it is evident that maybe these acts of kindness did not mean anything to him as he has certainly changed his streak of running things. I mean how do you elect a man so misogynist and obnoxious like him? Donald Trump looks like a plughole in an orang-utan sanctuary. And now that he has been elected as President, he’ll be the first man to use fake tan inside the oval office. Clearly, orange is the new black. He’s a narcissistic, bigoted man and most of all a racist. How...

Racism In Presidential Elections

...2016 Presidential Election and the Role Racism Played in It The January 20, 2017 inauguration of Donald Trump, the 45th President of the United States will be recalled in future textbooks as an example of racism in the nation affecting politics. Throughout the primary campaign season, Trump did not carry himself with the respect that a politician should while running for president. Trump took a different route: he decided to inflame racist feelings throughout the nation in order to win. In this essay, I will argue that Donald Trump leveraged racism to win by provoking feelings of fear among some Americans. I believe that when people are afraid they will act and in this case, their actions enabled Trump’s presidential victory. Moreover,...

Persuasive Speech: Is America Really Keeping Up With America?

...past thirteen months or so, we enjoyed the memes and mockery of the U.S elections. It was funny, we laughed for over a year, and of course we weren't impressed by the hectic comments made by the Republican candidates. On the other hand, we saw a glimpse of America's future with the Democrats. The first presidential debate was exactly what we all expected, filled with theatrics and ignominy. To the Americans at McGill, that cover 20.5% of our student body, the debate practically became the Super Bowl of politics, with an estimated eighty million viewers. When we witnessed the first debate, I was in disbelief that Donald Trump became the nominee, after all he is a sexist, racist and a bigot. Is America really prepared for the season premier of Keeping Up With America?...

Donald Trump Is Hitler Speech

...Netherlands after Adolf Hitler and his National-Socialist party came to power in 1933. This house is where they hid when the Nazi’s came to the Netherlands and anti-jewish measures were introduced. The Anne Frank House tells the story of Anne and her families lives and the ultimate destruction caused by Hitler and his extreme right-wing ideas. Upon exiting the museum, I passed the visitors book, where I wrote five words: “Donald Trump should come here.” The Oxford Dictionary defines the word 'trump' as an admirable or helpful person. Does that sound like a suitable word to be associated with such a right-wing extremist? Someone who uses racism to rise to power? Someone who proposes mass-deportation in order to make America great again? Someone who blames a specific group of people for all of his countries problems? Someone who has had no leadership or civics experience at all and is now running for President of the United States - one of the most influential positions of leadership in the world? No. I think a more suitable title for a man such as Donald Trump, should be Mein Trumpf. It is...

...controversial William Clinton. Newly elected president Donald Trump, a real estate tycoon, a billionaire, filled with the consumption of various professions and occupations, an open egocentric intent, takes the lead as the president of the United States and is viewed to be a barbaric president for many reasons and this is why. Donald Trump, a businessman, and a man who is not fit to be our leader should have never been considered to run in the presidential election as an acceptable applicant. Due to the fact that the United States is not a business and America ought to have a leader. Donald Trump: The Salem Witch Trials

...Over 300 years ago the era of the witch hunts took place. Now in 2016, we still see signs of these witch hunts everyday. Specifically during things to do with our president Donald Trump. Trump and his followers are perceived as the good group going after the “witches”, also known as Muslims, immigrants or “terrorists”. Much of the injustices and hysteria of the Salem Witch Trials can still be seen in the issues we deal with today. When campaigning to be the president of the United States, Donald made many racist and discriminating comments. Trump decided on his own that he wants to build a wall and send immigrants “back to where they came from” even though most of them were born in the United States.
