There seems to be a good understanding on business matters between Inez and Gerry. She ensures that she has a firm understanding of many of the facts that she gathered. E.g. “Now, I understand one of the general objectives of the new information system is to be able to extract reports and inquiries on demand from any browser on a PC, laptop, Blackberry or PDA”.
