7. Alternative Solutions James needs to be able to mend his relationship with his employee’s in order to get their cooperation to get the data he needs to find out where the district is going astray. The plans for arranging a single currency solidified on 1st January, 2002, when 12 EU member countries stopped using their own individual currencies and declared the Euro as their only currency.
