Professional development is important because it can deliver benefits to the individual, their profession and the public. It ensures your capabilities to keep pace with the current standards of other business in the same field. The personal or the professional development plan which can also be known as PDP is the formal means of which and individual sets out the goals, the strategies and the outcomes of learning and the training.
