...Individual Assessment of Team Individual Assessment of Team Working on this team assignment has been an eye opening experience. I was unaware that in graduate school, individuals within groups still slack and refuse to do their share. With that being said, I am not even aware of all of my teammates, I have only seen work from and worked with Mark Pardi and Matthew Misclasci. Mark Pardi toke the lead role from the being; he developed the initial PowerPoint design and constructed the rough draft. It is safe to say Mark was the team leader. I would assign Mark a total of 35 points. Mark as constantly communicating with the team via email, staying on top of assignments, adding enhancements to the PowerPoint, all while asking the team their input, even after some members would offer lack luster input such as “looks good” or “that’s great”. Mark kept a great attitude and a good team spirit. Matthew was a group participate, whom didn’t have much to say during the rough draft, yet he step up during the final draft. At this time he has helped answer group discussion questions, and he provided input on the final draft. I would assign him the remaining 15 points. The final group member is Brytni White, who has not contributed one thing to the project, but a periodic random email saying “looks good group” with absolutely no input at all. She has not at this time even contributed to group five’s discussion questions from the class concerning our presentation. I give Brytni...

...week’s rehearsals, and explain how you think you have achieved these. The main aims for this rehearsals was for all members of the group to produce a research project on an idea that we all came up with, thinking that it would be a good idea to use as a final piece. Everyone achieved this because we all completed presentations explaining why each person’s idea was the best or how it could be developed. After we had done this and filled out an evaluation form for other, our next aim was to pick an idea that either two small groups could accomplish or one larger group - depending on the decisions that were made. I believe that we achieved this because we all sat down after the presentations were finished and had a in-depth conversation about the possibilities of ideas and how different characters or the development of said characters could be accomplished whilst showing them to an audience. Once we had done this, our next aim was to create basic characters for our plot in order to make it have more of a structure. We did this by giving advice, going around in a circle and asking questions about the person’s character and making sure that everyone knew what each individual was doing. I believe that we achieved our final aim by being mature and responsible about the things we wanted to complete and the methods and means of doing so. 2. Summary of Rehearsals Describe what you did in the sessions and explain how the piece was shaped In the beginning of the week, the...

...Reflective report on 3 aspects of training assessment performed with student I asked Leanne (student) to provide three reflective reports on random training she had received in-house from myself. Each one is dated 9th, 17th and 26th January 2012 respectively. The three were quite interesting for Leanne, as one was her first ever fitting of a hearing aid, the second was observational on a unique type of specialist hearing aid, and the third was assessing of a patient for hearing aid suitability. It was agreed that these three sessions encompassed all aspects in Audiology she may come across in her future career. For example, she can fit a hearing aid, she can assess a patient and she has learnt that not all fittings are straight forward, for those presenting with a unique problem(s). The end product is patient satisfaction, provide a solution for the patient and to support that in practise. Leanne has come on in leaps and bounds since her early days in the department. She is confident, but finds it difficult to ask questions. However, she does manage talk about things in the appointment through her reflective reporting. This is something I may need to talk with her about when I have the final meeting with her. But I am not overly concerned at this moment in time. The 3 reflective reports that Leanne produces is of good quality, informative and reasonably accurate. It also highlights aspects of training she mentions that we both have undertaken together in the appointment...

Using this information, you'll be able to develop a profile to help you select the candidates most likely to succeed in that position. Remember, you can't tell if you've found a match if you're not matching candidates against a specific profile. 3. Develop a series of phone-screening questions. Compile a list of suitable questions you can ask over the phone to help you quickly identify qualified candidates and eliminate everyone else. ...I used to play soccer for a club, just for recreational purposes,in fact i was one of the cofounders of the team. The team we assembled was a mixture of young and old, and for this reason we were the laughing stock of the league, because all other teams were made up solely of young players, who were exceptionally talented. The team ended up on the wrong side of the score for the first few games we played, and got nicknamed the “whopping boys”. Eventually we grew tired of the nickname and of our performances on the field, and we decided to try and improve things, first thing we did was to elect a leader for the club. Even though i didnʼt want the job, i was voted into the position, and as the president it was my duty to represent my team when the league called for club meetings. At the time we were all students, so it was decided that we would all contribute towards any and all expenses, but unfortunately when you dealing with a blend of young and old, things donʼt always go according to plan, people constantly made up excuses for not showing up for practice, or for not contributing towards our equipment. Even though it wasnʼt my duty, i took it upon myself to ensure that every single player showed up for practice, i used to drive up to the houses of all those who didnʼt have any transportation. It was a tiring job, but i realized that if i wanted the team to be successful, i had to make certain sacrifices, some of which included taking money out of my own pocket...
