A temporary restraining order has been issued against Keya Morgan, a New York memorabilia collector who’s been acting as Stan Lee’s caregiver, for allegedly subjecting the Marvel Comics creator to elder abuse.

The order was issued on Wednesday after Lee’s former lawyer Tom Lallas filed the petition.

According to Reuters, Lallas claimed that Morgan “inserted himself into Mr. Lee’s life” after the comics legend lost his wife last year and subsequently pushed him out of Lee’s service in February.

In his petition, Lallas accused Morgan of elder abuse, unduly influencing Lee, and purposely isolating him from friends and family.
