Strengths – Salon is in a good area due to anchor stores and a Tom Thumb next door. Lots of foot traffic during operating hours. Salon is spacious with lots of employees and nail stations. 10 manicure stations, 20 pedicure spas, and two facial rooms for waxing and threading.

Opened February 2014 in Desoto, TX, Legacy Nails & Spa takes pride in offering the latest services in manicures, pedicures, facials, eyelash extensions, and body waxing.
Process Narrative
The current process for a manicure takes about 20-30 minutes depending on the manicurist.
1. Prepare all the supplies - Supplies that are need to do a manicure are nail polish remover, cotton balls, cuticle trimmer, nail buffer, nail trimmer, nail file, hand cream, nail polish, base coat, top coat
2. Set up the work station – There are chemicals in nail polish and remover that will damage the surface of any table so there needs to be a cloth or plastic cover on top of the table before starting. If any chemicals are spilled or splattered. We use a cloth to soak it up before it soaks into the table surface.
3. Remove the old nail polish – Customers will usually have an old coat of nail polish so we always remove their old coat before starting. We use nail polish remover on a cotton ball.
4. Cut and file the nails – After removing the customer’s nail polish we usually cut and trim their nails using nail clippers and then a file to smooth it

Assessment of the Mall Retail Audit by Classification *See Appendix A Target Market Description This mall caters to a demographic of young professionals with an age ranging from 23-30 both male and female genders either single or newlyweds in the B and C socioeconomic classes.  they are the dominant demographic that the mall caters to this is reinforced by the abundance of the available condominiums within the area making the mall and the area around it a mixed use development. this ensures the inevitability of the residents of these condos, which will most likely be yuppies due to the “condo living” nature of these residences, will definitely buy from nowhere else but robinsons magnolia since it is just simply convenient to do so. Although the mall is situated in an area with quite a number of educational establishments such as LSGH and it gets a lot of visits from students that are in the area it is really still the yuppies that bring in the most business since they are the ones that have the most purchasing power. any revenue produced from the students is usually either on impulse such as an after final exam binge or the fact that it is really just the nearest place to make a purchase so the mall also leverages...
