Subject: Making free time and play time productive.
Children today are finding themselves getting into trouble more often, being rebellious to authority figures, struggling with school work and having trouble maintaining a healthy body weight. With authority figures being more attentive to our youths needs rather than their owns will tend eliminate our children from seeking trouble in order to gain attention they are seeking. Children are not looking for an entire day of attention just a little awareness and praise for what they have done or accomplished. Try to make the most out of the time you share and be productive by making the most out of what you do have. Be creative and involve children to be creative by allowing them to take the lead with their creative ideas. While being creative we need to find unique ways to incorporate exercise along with ways to eat and snack on healthy foods.
If you are struggling with ideas and ways to find fun and educational activities along with exercise and diets there are many different sites on the web that can help you. I recommend starting with Google if you need help from your computer.
To wrap things up I’ve used methods of incorporating fruits and vegtables by offering banana coins by cutting up like coins and offer green, yellow, orange and red peppers as colored bell fries after cutting in thin strips. It’s little things like that, that get them excited. But start small first before going all in. I recommend being creative with everything you do while involved with children. Just make it fun and they will follow.
