As an introduction to this reflection, I’d say that Management really is an interesting subject, especially when your instructor makes you laugh anytime. Oh, but we’ll just tackle that one in the next ground because I still have a reflection to make. So for me to finally start with this,---to be honest, I do not really know what is “Principles and Organization and Management” is, or before, but as days, months, times goes and passes by, primary matters that is inside in a management was discussed. Wherein, the manager is always the one that is mentioned. A manager must always know what to do, what to plan and everything that is good for the company. How to manage diversity also reflects on me, a student, because in a classroom I am in, we have different cultures, so in like managing about it, you have to be open minded, you must listen to others opinions before making another step. Just like, the manager as a decision maker. A manager must set his plans already involving the management so that it can be shared to everyone. (For me, planning always comes first before decision making.) In a life wherein you have to be careful on having your plans in order for you to have a good outcome in the end after the decision was made.
Reflecting on “doing the right thing” and “doing things right” these are really perfect thoughts to be reflected by us students. Somewhat like, one at a time, but you cannot, because in every little thing that occur there’s always two sides. But to be specific, things are meant to happen for reasons. But still we must consider that not all decisions we’ll make, can make us happy and contented. We are not perfect, and so we make mistakes, but in order for you to cope up with those mistakes you have to learn from it. Expect for some positive things that may come in your life. It really taught me a lot.
