Managing a Mediation Process is the first of several handbooks in the Peacemaker’s Toolkit series and deals largely with Track-I efforts. Each handbook in the series addresses a particular facet of the work of mediating violent conflicts, including such topics as negotiating with terrorists, managing public information, constitution making, assessing and enhancing ripeness, and Track-II peacemaking, among others.
