In his TED-Talk “What’s wrong with what we eat,” Mark Bittman (2007) states that we need to change our eating patterns, because that would not only be better for our health, but also for the entire planet. Food production is one of the main causes of the global warming. It destroys our world. And we consume more than we need, which is encouraged by the agribusiness.
