There’s a lot of movies that come out after a book or the other way around. Have i have read the book and watched the movie and like all the reviews online the book is way better than the movie. Like usual the books are much more entertaining and more detailed because the movie can only be so long. The Book is honestly so much better. If you haven't read it i'll explain how the book went. It's a very emotional and humorous writing. This book has many ups and downs to it, at one point marley is the best thing that happened to them and at another they hated him and jenny,the wife, wanted him out of the house. One point of the movie John and Jenny go on vacation and leave MArley home. They gave him a big bone so he can be entertained while they are away. While they were gone there was a big thunderstorm and Marley freaked out. The whole time they were on vacation they worried about marley destroying their house. John wanted to come back as soon as they could to get back to Marley and when they got home Marley was waiting to greet them at the door. This was when they only focused on Marley but when they had their first child connor Marley was getting on everyone's nerves.It got to the point where Jenny didnt want him anymore. Marley was rough around the baby chewing up everything still. Jenny couldn't take that because she would be doing everything for the baby and didn't have energy to clean up after marley. It was time for MArley to grow up and stop acting foolish. Don't get me wrong they had many funny experiences with marley, like when he pooped in the ocean on the dog beach and that was the only rule that they couldn't
