The three techniques that I will be going over are: targets, rewards, and incentives; make the work place fun; and using the P.E.R.F.O.R.M model to help increase potential. I will go into detail about what each technique entails and explain how each change will affect my organization. By the end of this paper you should have three more motivational techniques that you could consider for your organization as well. The first technique that we will be talking about is targets, rewards, and incentives. To do this you first have to know your team.
