The first thing I would consider is the agency’s level of multicultural competency. By creating an assessment, intervention, end goal can give a reasonable realistic result to the issue at hand. In regards of proceeding with this situation I believe the senior manager should have met with the executive director directly regarding the situation, express the level of concern, and how to move forward. Moreover it’s unprofessional for the executive director and other staff to be talking about the senior manager’s job performance with each other the only individuals that should be communicating with each other about the presented problem should only be the senior manager’s supervisors no one else and should be confidential.
