Dr. Tenney was a professor and scholar of Theological Studies at Wheaton College. The preface highlights how it is organized and designed for efficient access to all aspects of the Bible and includes multiple illustrations and pictures. It lists over five thousand entries in alphabetical order from sixty-five contributors with a predominant background of Theology. It also includes scholars from other backgrounds such as zoology and medicine. ...Potential Life Lost in the Unites States' is a current 2013, peer reviewed research from The American Journal of Public Health. The Objective of the article was to "provide current estimates of alcohol-attributable cancer mortality and years of potential life lost in the United States" (Naimi, 2013). The research contains many methods, sources, discussions, statistical analyses, results, limitations and strengths. After conducting the research, they have found that alcohol is a major contributor to cancer mortality and years of potential life lost as it was approximated at 19,000 cancer deaths, or 3.5% of all US cancer deaths in 2009 and 18 years of Potential life lost (Naimi, 2013). The claim of the article is that alcohol is accountable for 4% of all deaths worldwide and it increases the risk for cancers of the oral cavity and pharynx, larynx oesophagus and liver. Quantitative methods used were successfully able to clarify the claim of the article thus conducting the results. These methods included using sensitivity analyses based on 2 different methodologies and 2 separate nationwide surveys. Examples of these include: Adult alcohol consumption on data from the 2009 and 2009-10 national alcohol survey. However, one limitation to the methods is that it did not have a leeway for the types of drinks consumed. ...NEW ORLEANS: Terri is originally from New Orleans so we make a trip at least once a year. We discover new things every time we go, and also have favorites we like to revisit. It is a musical city that we both enjoy exploring. We at least try to hit the Jazz-fest in the spring. Finding things like tucked away clubs with well know musicians sitting in with other bands or just playing on their own. New Orleans is also a starting point for us to go fishing down the Delta. We always bring back a cooler full of Speckled Trout or Redfish. We have a couple of great captains that we found. Last time we stayed on one of the fish camps in Shell Beach. We woke up early and simply walked over to the boat minutes before needing to leave. It was summer and 90 degrees at 5am! The fish didn’t seem to notice the Louisiana heat, as we maxed out with 50 trout in 2 hours of fishing! All you have to do is clean and pack the fish in a cooler with ice packs.
