There are many different situation that can and will cause conflict in a team such as, lack of communication , team member not knowing their roles ,and most of all some members may be to argumentative , and this will cause conflict a group setting. This is why it is very important that there is a team leader who can, not only lead the team but control the conflict as well.

Lack of communication can hurt a team very badly. Team members should always know their roles, and also follow through. That’s in a perfect world but we don’t live in one. It very important that each team member contacts one other if there is something going on with them that might have an impact on the group. Having open communication is very important, as member of a team I want my team member to be able to approach me and for to be able to approach them as well. Team should communicate at least once a week whether it is by phone, email, in person, or in these times in our live text message. This way if their anything on with your team they can let you know immediately. This way thing can be discuad openly, there could be so issues going on with the group are personal that is causing their performance to fail.

Anytime a team is involved whether it be a team of family member, or a team of coworker each member would know there role. The leader of team should make sure each member know their role and that they follow through. As a good team member you should make every scheduled meeting, conference call, and follow through with all duties that are assigned to you. It is also very importation to keep an open mind. When each member knows there role and what’s expected , makes thing run a lots smoother , then member just guessing and hoping thing are right. A leader of a team should do just that lead. The leader of the team should schedule meeting in advance, should be professional at all time, and should remain focused .leader should check with the members to make sure thing are work working out. Are if they assistance with anything .A good leader should set boundaries, time line, and be firm. This lets your team know that you expect and will accept nothing be the best. But most importantly your team will respect you.

When conflict occurs in group, it cause arguments, lack of motivation, and for some people it may even cause depression. .when an argument occurs in group it is important for the parties involved to talk about what’s going on. As the leader of a team is even just a member you don’t want your team to be up tight with one another. Conflict can be very damaging. A team member can be so caught up and focus on the conflict in team that they may come depress. They can become so depress about the conflict that it starts to show in their work .they may start missing meeting are conference call ,they could also have a really good idea work the group, but they chose not to say anything , because their afraid of disappointment. When one member of the group feeling left out the team as a whole fells. All members should fill motivated, inspired and joyful .It doesn’t matter what team your on conflict will arise .you has the leader are as the member just need to take it step by step. And deal with it when it occurs. Don’t let the conflict build up inside of you. Are you will soon find yourself melting down .This is why it is very important to have a very strong and firm team leader. This way before thing gets out of hand whatever is going on can be work. When conflict arise in a team the member of the should talk about. If their able to talk to each other with emotions getting involved they should take the problem to the team leader. This way each member has a change to say what they’re feeling. Finally to sum thing all up it is important to communicated, stay on task, and have open mind when thing occur.
