I thrive in any environment and I am use to working with diverse groups of people. Several recent challenges in my life helped me develop these skills.
When I entered high school, I continued my devotion to soccer and 4-H, which I have been a part of for multiple years. I also joined the high school swim and tennis team, so the first year of high school was fairly hectic. Luckily my mom helped manage my time and made sure I made it to all of my practices, roused me out of bed, and attended all of my sporting events. At the beginning of my sophomore year,

Megginson and Whitaker (2007:3) reflect on the personal opportunities afforded through CPD: ‘ It challenges us to make time for personal reflection and review. It reminds us that we have responsibility for developing ourselves…’ Remaining competitive in this ever changing global market is becoming increasingly difficult, putting pressure on managers to deliver consistently high standards of product/service delivery. Guskey (2001) asks that we recognise that professional development is a purposeful and intentional process, which is designed to evoke positive change within organisations. ...samples Personal development plan final reflection essay Personal Development Plan Final Reflection Essay In my previous personal development plan, I had made several initiatives through which I hoped to achieve certain goals both in academics and in social life. In the previous personal development plan, I had embarked more on the process that I believe would help me to think about my own learning, performance and achievements as well as to plan my personal, educational, social and career development. Since I made the plan within the PDP, there are certain changes that I have witnessed happening in my career, social and learning areas. For example, I have noted that for the last one semester, I have improved in a number of areas that I had pointed in my last PDP. In academics, I have achieved a lot, as my average grades have improved from the previous B+ to an A. This is primarily because I was able to develop clear SWOT analysis, in which I recognized my strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats not only in academics, but also in my social life, extra-curricular activities and any other activity I took. With this plan, I worked hard to perfect my strengths, correct the weaknesses and make them my strong points, utilize the opportunities placed within my abilities and finally recognize and avoid any negative effect that was posed by the threats in the SWOT analysis (Bolton 2010). From these considerations, I recognized that some of my strengths were the ability...

Article Study for Ceo Ethical Leadership, Ethical Climate, Climate Strength, and Collective Organizational Citizenship Behavior.

...Article of ORGANIZATIONAL BEHAVIOR BUS568-01 Yuhyung Shin. CEO Ethical Leadership, Ethical Climate, Climate Strength, and Collective Organizational Citizenship Behavior. Journal of Business Ethics Jul2012, Vol. 108 Issue 3, p299-312. Major Hypotheses Although there are a large number of studies on the Ethical Climate, it is still lack of understanding of the antecedents of the Ethical Climate or the relationship between the Ethical Climate and the outcome of work. Ethical Climate (EC) is the formal or informal policies, practices, and procedures of an organization. The EC of an enterprise determines its morality, value, and behavior, and then affect the ethical behavior of its employees. Due to the behaviors of the employees of an enterprise are impacted by same policies, practices, and code of ethics, they tend to have similar views of the organizations’ EC. Many scholars believe that the leader has a significant role in shaping the EC of the enterprise, but the key is to detect that how does the moral leadership of the CEO affect his business. CEO as a role model in the work environment strongly influences the behavior of the employees. In addition, the moral leadership of the senior leaders influences employees' pro-social behavior, and thus contributes to form an EC, and affect the company's ethical conduct. Based on the above, this study proposes the Hypothesis 1: “CEO ethical leadership is positively related to ethical climate.” Organizational citizenship behavior...
