Pinnacle holistic dog food is made by Breeder's Choice Co. in the U.S. This is a review of Pinnacle Trout & Sweet Potato formula for dogs with sensitive stomachs. As the owner of a Cocker Spaniel with allergies to beef and chicken, I was in search of an all natural dog food alternative. Pinnacle brand Trout & Sweet Potato, made by Breeder's Choice Co., is the one I have chosen for my dog. Packaging The Breeder's Choice Co. invest a lot of money in their packaging to ensure freshness and quality. All dog food is sealed in a 98% oxygen tight bag, meaning that very little oxygen can enter the bag. May not seem important, but oxygen actually helps to break down dog food, so an airtight bag means fresher dog food. Pinnacle dog food has a shelf …show more content…
So in essence, you will spend as much (and possibly less) on a higher quality dog food. The initial price per bag may be more expensive, but you will be more likely to stick to the feeding guide lines which will be far lower than a grocery store brand dog food. Your dog will be filled up with less food and stay full longer since Pinnacle is made with real food. Feeding instructions are clearly laid out on every bag, and it is important that you stick to them to prevent obesity in your dog. To give you some idea; a 50-60 pound dog should be fed a total of 2½-2¾ cups of Pinnacle holistic dog food per day. Many grocery store brand dog foods recommend feeding the same size dog 3-5 cups per day. This is because the cheaper dog food brands use fillers that pass quickly through your dog without providing any nutrients. Pinnacle Holistic brand dog food is available in the following blends: Trout & Sweet Potato (dry/canned), Chicken & Oats (dry/canned), Duck & Potato (dry/canned), and Peak Protein (dry only). You will not find Pinnacle Holistic brand dog food at your local grocery store. Dog specialty shops are the place to find Pinnacle, or ask your veterinarian. The Breeder's Choice Co. offers a 100% satisfaction guarantee, and offers its toll-free number …show more content…
This may be because we expect dogs to be hardier than any other household pet, when in actuality; they are also prone to allergic reactions and skin irritations/problems. Allergic reactions don't necessarily mean that your dog will always be guaranteed to have an upset stomach as an obvious sign of an allergy attack or food sensitivity, rather sensitivity to food can gradually build up over a period of time. Statistics taken of dog food allergies that occurred after consuming the same dog food over a period of more than two years have shown to be about 70%. This means that the chance of your dog developing a food allergy to the same food, versus a food allergy to a newly introduced brand of dog food, is extremely high. Considering this statistical percentage, this indicates that your dog may be building up intolerance, rather than a tolerance, to his regular brand of dog chow. Here, you will find a resourceful list of- Popular breeds of dogs known to have food allergies, common triggers for allergies, and dog food allergy symptoms. Popular Breeds of Dogs known to have food allergies- Here is a common list of dogs that are genetically disadvantaged to have food ingredient related allergies: Labrador Retrievers, Bulldogs, Golden Retrievers, Terriers, and Schnauzers. Common Triggers for Allergies- Certain food ingredients can cause allergies in canines, both internally and externally. This

...Psychodynamics is the systematic study and theory of the psychological forces that underline human behavior, emphasizing the interplay between unconscious and conscious motivation.[1] The original concept of "psychodynamics" was developed by Sigmund Freud.[2] Freud suggested that psychological processes are flows of psychological energy in a complex brain, establishing "psychodynamics" on the basis of psychological energy, which he referred to as libido. The psychodynamic psychotherapy is a less intensive form compared to classical psychoanalysis practiced by strict Freudians, demanding sessions only once weekly instead of 3-5 times weekly which was typical for traditional psychoanalysts. Psychodynamic therapies depend on a theory of inner conflicts which surface in behaviour or emotions. Generally, one conflict is subconscious. ------------------------------------------------- Overview In general, psychodynamics, also known as dynamic psychology, is the study of the interrelationship of various parts of the mind, personality, or psyche as they relate to mental, emotional, or motivational forces especially at the unconscious level.[4][5][6] The mental forces involved in psychodynamics are often divided into two parts:[7] (a) interaction of emotional forces: the interaction of the emotional and motivational forces that affect behavior and mental states, especially on a subconscious level; (b) inner forces affecting behavior: the study of the emotional and motivational forces...

Idioms and Expression

...Idioms and Expressions by David Holmes A method for learning and remembering idioms and expressions I wrote this model as a teaching device during the time I was working in Bangkok, Thailand, as a legal editor and language consultant, with one of the Big Four Legal and Tax companies, KPMG (during my afternoon job) after teaching at the university. When I had no legal documents to edit and no individual advising to do (which was quite frequently) I would sit at my desk, (like some old character out of a Charles Dickens’ novel) and prepare language materials to be used for helping professionals who had learned English as a second language—for even up to fifteen years in school—but who were still unable to follow a movie in English, understand the World News on TV, or converse in a colloquial style, because they’d never had a chance to hear and learn common, everyday expressions such as, “It’s a done deal!” or “Drop whatever you’re doing.” Because misunderstandings of such idioms and expressions frequently caused miscommunication between our management teams and foreign clients, I was asked to try to assist. I am happy to be able to share the materials that follow, such as they are, in the hope that they may be of some use and benefit to others. The simple teaching device I used was three-fold: 1. Make a note of an idiom/expression 2. Define and explain it in understandable words (including synonyms.) 3. Give at least three sample sentences to illustrate how the expression is used...
