The data on the organoleptic tests like appearance, texture and taste were used. The acceptability test used 5 Points Hedonic scale with corresponding numerical score (Highly acceptable, very acceptable, acceptable, not so acceptable, not acceptable). Thirty (30) respondents were randomly selected at Brgy.10, San Jose and Brgy. 9, Sta. Angela, Laoag City. Results were statistically treated using mean average scores. Addition of increasing amount of sesame oil decreased viscosity, increased specific gravity of cake batter; decreased cake volume and overall quality score. Microstructure studies showed disrupted gluten matrix. Among the two different hydrocolloids [hydroxypropylmethylcellulose (HPMC) and xanthan] and emulsifiers [glycerol monostearate (GMS) and sodium stearoyl-2-lactylate (SSL)] tried, HPMC and SSL increased the batter viscosity, decreased the specific gravity, increased the volume and overall quality score. Use of combination of HPMC and SSL improved significantly the quality characteristics of cake with 50% sesame oil in such a way that the overall quality score was higher than that of the control cake with fat. Synthetic milk is prepared by emulsifying vegetable oils with appropriate amount of detergent and urea. Samples of the natural milk with synthetic milk were analyzed for concentration of urea and detergent and their effect is assayed through survey in different population in Uttar Pradesh, India. Children’s had different range of intake of milk. Children of age group 1-5 years consumes about 50-250 mg of milk daily, while of age group 6-18 years of children consumes about 250-1000 ml milk/day and children’s of age group 19-22 consumes milk about 500-1000 ml milk /day. Most develop some degree of familiarity with many of the popular diet programs, in order to redirect customers from some of the more harmful plans and approaches. Recently, a pharmacist friend of mine was asked about how to best to manage a “plateau” on the hCG diet. He admitted that he never knew it was being dispensed for weight loss purposes. He mentioned that he frequently dispensed human chorionic gonadotropin (hCG), and knew of its use for the treatment of infertility, where it promotes ovulation. But weight loss? He confessed that he couldn’t think of a mechanism for how hCG could promote weight loss.
