I was a lost college student who was trying to find their niche in society. But, I was lucky enough to have people in my life that helped and supported me throughout my college career. As I reflect upon my personal and professional life, I can proudly say I've accomplished many things in the past ten years. I graduated from Temple university in 2019, I received my bachelor degree in accounting and 2 years later I received my masters in accounting. I owe all my accomplishments and achievements to Temple. However, the two most important reasons why college is important to me is that I want to be a role model for my two daughters. Secondly, furthering my education can mean a many great opportunities for advancing in my career and in life. Leading or setting the example for my daughters is very important to me. By actively portraying to my daughters the importance of having a college education after high school, they will engage into participating in a plethora of new opportunities in their own lives which will enhance their way of living. They see how hard I study and how important my grades are to me that it encourages them to do the same in their high school studies now. They actively partake in my studies now, which in turn, results in them asking me questions on what I am studying. Having them involved is having them engaged in their own thought processes. If I have done that for them then I feel like I am doing my job as a Mother. I encourage them to follow in my footsteps so that they can have a better life for themselves. The second reason college is so important to me is the fact it will change my way of life. Studies show that a college education leads to better paying careers and/or advancements in a career. Arguementative Paper

...believe. The act of arguing your point about oneself is to make the reader believe that what you are trying to convey, is truth. The point that I am arguing is the reason why pursuing my MBA degree is important to me. My goal is important because no one in my family made a decision to go this far with their personal goals. My brother went to college, but he stopped at a BA in Economics, and he is now trying to go to law school to become a lawyer. Which makes the trek of obtaining my Master’s even more important to me. The recognition that I hope to receive when I complete this degree, is important to my personal goal. I want to show my children the importance of diligence and hard work. Diligence to me is the thoroughness that comes with completing your goal from start to finish and receiving that much needed appreciation for the sacrifices that you made while getting there. Pursuing my MBA to me is an accomplishment that I have wanted for quite sometime. One of the first things that I need my MBA for is to start a new career. My second reasoning for wanting my MBA is for the obvious reasons, like stature, better compensation and of course advancement in my future career. Stature in relation to a career is the ability to make lots of money, support my family and to just have enhanced opportunities within my chosen company. How many times as children have we looked up to someone and wanted to be just like them? Because of one reason or another, that person has proved that they...
