Bell whose theory on diversity only includes race, ethnicity, sex, religion, age, physical and mental ability, sexual orientation, work and family status, weight and appearance. Bell went on discuss something she called “identity groups.” To me these identity groups are something that one person relates to another person and is considered to be part of the same group.
