Rhonda Atkins, wife of country music super star, Trace Atkins was suing him for divorce. However, according to Radar Online June 17, 2015, she’s changed her mind. Rhonda filed an “order of voluntary dismissal”and Judge James G. Martin III signed the order. Her complaint for divorce is dismissed, and Rhonda is responsible. to pay any costs pertaining to the case. Trace and Rhonda were married for 17 years. She was suing the country singing star for $20 million. Court documents stated that Rhonda wanted primary residential custody of their three daughters, ages 9, 12, and 16. She was suing for child support, alimony and she wanted to be the sole beneficiary of Trace’s life insurance policy.
