Introduction
Planning an event for transnational organization is a big statement, on where is shown the roles and responsibilities of the event planner. The data collected will identify and provide a measurable outcome, to end up successfully with the plans made.
Here is important meet the need requested for the client satisfying the senses: tactile, smell, visual, taste and auditory (Goldblatt, 2005). On where the event company is in charge to collect the information and resources and producing a plan satisfying the needs, wants, desires and expectations of the guest.
Filling all the expectation as lighting, space, décor, acoustic, movement and even the restroom can affect the comfort of the attendees and clients.
The event planning will conduct a corporate meeting for a transnational organization with 500 attendees and 5 seminars, assessment must be ensure that the event planning organization can accommodate Baderman Island’s needs and vise versa to become better plus together produce a great event.

Needs Assessment
Baderman Island will host a two days corporate meeting, a need assessment will be provide to accomplish all that is request successfully.
With the need assessment no missing pieces or issues can be avoid, all the back ground information collected will help the event planner to have a better understanding, identify the potential speakers, obstacles, resources available, support of strengths, learn the weakness and became with future and successful opportunities.
Project proposal
Baderman Island Resort as a venue, will host 500 attendees consideration the size, weight and volume of the event (Goldblatt, 2005).
The event planner will be examined the venue to determine the capabilities plus the challenges to ensemble the corporate meeting, look for access for the vendors that will provide the goods and services, access for the guest, work space for preparation and events activities, safety, sanitation, protection and parking.
Is important to ensemble a project proposal with the seminars, breaks, and accommodations needs to ensure the success of the event.
Accommodation needs for 500 attendees for 2 days at the same site; banquet accommodation area to accommodate 500 attendees at the same time with tables, chairs, lines, centerpieces, silverware and plates; recreation facilities available for the use of the attendee like tennis court, social area, massage, pools, etc.; catering for 500 people at the same time for two days, full meals, snack, and beverages; transportation at the resort for long distances and for picking up and drop off to airports; Staff enough to handle 500 attendees for serving in different areas, hosting and greeting; security to accommodate everybody, to maintain the safety of every one in the Baderman resort island; entertainment the will be produce nice activity in the night like a banquet entertainment with local band and miscellaneous like the schedule, maps, menus, attendees contact information, contact list, etc.
