This is to inform you that the institution is currently faced with budget cutbacks. This should not cause worries amongst you since most of the basic fundamental necessities that keep us in this institution will not be limited because of budget constraints. We are facing this funding crisis due the rising cost of living fueled by skyrocketing inflation at time period nationwide. It is also because of the budgeting cutbacks that were experienced in the national budget due to the same circumstance.
We are actually facing a budget reduction of 25% this year. However, this institution strives to provide essential goods and services despite the financial changes at time period. We therefore call upon every to corporate with the administration and management in ensuring that we engage in will recycling programs that will help same money. Your participation in corporate in waste management by ensuring waste is deposited in the right place helps in saving a lot of funds which could have been spent in collecting and disposing. We would want to reduce departmental cost within infringing on your personal rights and space. Everyone is entitled good working conditions and that will remain a priority in this institution.

Introduction
Dear everyone,
Hello, I would like to bring to your attention the areas that will be affected by the budget cutbacks and also give you the policies that the administration and the management have put in place to control and contain the situation.
For you information, budget cutbacks involves the reduction in spending on the operation and institutional activities. This is usually experienced when government or national budget on higher education funding reduces. For that matter, this year will experience a reducing in government funding to the institutions. They have their on explanations on the issues.
The budget cutbacks will mainly target recycling and disposal of waste. This is through ensuring that every employee disposes his or her own office waste. This will help the institution save some money which could have been used to employee other people to collect waste.
To achieve this, the institution plans to ensure that every employee has a dust bin and that each one will dispose the litter into the disposal place everything its full. It will also ensure that the main disposal place is checked every time so as to avoid any kind of inconveniences that it might occur.
Conclusion
In conclusion, I would like to thanks everyone who is complying with the new policies and urge others to cooperate since this move is to the social benefit of all. Let us hold hands together during this moment of budget crisis.

An essay on principles and practices of writing effective email
Bell, A. H. (2004) stated that writing effective and presentable emails require following some of the key principles and practices of writing a good email. In writing these two emails, I followed the rules of the following principles and practices:
1. Beginning with a salutation or greeting.
In both the routine and goodwill emails I started with the salutation word “hello” this will help invite the intended receiver of the email to the contents of the email
2. After greeting, go straight to the main agenda or topic.
I also observed this be writing about the main theme of the communication in the email. For example, in the routine email I showed the main issues of budget cutbacks in the introductory paragraph.
3. Being polite
The language that I used express is experienced with polite words that shows the intended recipients of the emails that the message in the email is not a command on them but a request. I never used rude works such as ‘it is a must….’ I employed kind and polite words such as ‘please’ and ‘thanks you’
4. Writing grammatically correct sentences
This is very important since grammatically incorrect sentences may distort the message which is intended to be conveyed to the employees (Lagendijk, A. 2008). I proofread the work to ensure that there are no grammar mistakes in it.
5. Writing clearly and concisely
According to Diana Middleton, (2011), the message of the email should be clear such that ambiguity is avoided. The message should be also concise and straight to the point. I used this principle of clarity as I wrote that two emails so as to enable the recipients to get clear message in the email.
In conclusion, it is also important to indicate the main topic on the message on the subject line of the email. I also took time to determine the best medium of communication of the issue. This involve identify the target ground and thus determining the medium that they use frequently in communicating effectively and within a short time. References
