A self-assessment was completed by an employee under the simulated company Riordan Manufacturing. Derrick is an actual employee under current supervision and the assessment scores will be used for the assignments. All scores and results are determined by the Parsons Prentice Hall self-assessment library. Analysis is predetermined by the scoring of each individual question on the self-assessment library. The scoring and analysis are useful when determining the management recommendations and creating a motivational action plan.
