Per Reporter: According to Latasha, Dekarius ran away from home 12/8/17; however, Dekarius stated he was put out of the home. Dekarius mentioned he was attempting to cook some meat for him and his sister (unknown) because he was hungry. Latasha took the meat and placed it back in the refrigerator. Dekarius stated Latasha threw a knife at him; he recalled feeling the knife touch his leg. It is unknown of which leg was hit with the knife. Dekarius did not receive medical treatment. Dekarius stated that he was trying to prevent Latasha from attacking him. Latasha’s story was vis versa from Dekarius; she stated she was trying to prevent Dekarius from attacking her.
