You have a choice to work individually or in a team (maximum of 5 people). You are to pick a company from list provided that is struggling or failing and research why it is struggling. Then you will provide a solution/implementation of how to turn the company around (critical analysis). It is important to study the Business Model (file attached) of the company and utilize the model in your analysis. You will be graded to the extent of the depth, breadth and analysis of your report.
