The Advantage and Disadvantage of Technology I. Introduction
Nowadays, many people specially the students are using technology such as cellphone, tablet and computers. Some says that the technology has a disadvantage to the people because they are making themselves lazy but other says that technology can help the people to make their work easier. II. Body
Technology is one of the most important thing in our society. The advantages of it are: reach a much larger audience from greater geographic locations, help disabled and geographically isolated students, help students with busy schedules, freedom to work at home on increasing flexibility in class scheduling, decrease paper and photocopying costs, promoting to learn new technology skills they can use later in the work place, and etc.
It aims to help people to make their work easier but some says that people are making them lazy if they abuse using the technology. The disadvantages of this are: students are addicted in using the technology, they don’t have proper exercise because of being addicted to technology, some people skip their meals, the other one of the biggest concerns about modern technology today is pollution. Vehicles and major manufacturing plants are releasing ever-increasing amounts of carbon dioxide and that may greatly contribute global warming. In terms of computing technology and robotic mechanisms become increasingly advanced, fewer jobs are are available due to the fact that machines can perform a task more efficiently at a quicker pace. III. Conclusion
I conclude that technology can help us to make our work easier and it can help people to communicate with others in another location. Its up to us if we allow the technology to make us very lazy and we need to improve our discipline so that we will motivate to be not
