Tarelco 1: Motor Pool offers an operational integration between reservations, borrowing, Transaction history, and reporting. Software has facility to generate report for analyzes your Reserving or Borrowing of vehicle, Arriving and status. Hotel Room Management system is the best suit for managing you resource in very simple but effective manner with minimal efforts or time so that it increases your revenue. This study aims to change the current system that would be accurate for both customer and hotel management. The proponents use diagrams to implement the flow of the proposed system.
Conclusion
Based on the result of the researcher’s study, the following conclusions are given: the manual process of transaction is inaccurate for the employee, HR manager, Moto Pool Head, ISD Manager and Senior Mechanic because of possible lost of records. More consuming of time in filling forms and reports.
Recommendation
After studying and analyzing the flow of the current methods of borrowing or reserving of Tarelco 1: Motor Pool, the proponents would like to recommend the following: The system proves to be fast accurate convenient, efficient and reliable for the process of reservation and Borrowing. The proponents developed an automated system suitable for the Tarelco 1: Motor Pool; the system could save time, effort in filling and monitoring. the program is capable to save all the transaction.

The proponent of the study is in the process of creating a Tarelco 1: Motor Pool Online Reservation System, which is a system to allow an employee of the Tarelco 1 to reserve for Vehicle through online. The system will be available 7am to 5pm for the employees who want to reserve for a Vehicle. And this Tarelco 1: Motor Pool Online Reservation System will help the In-charge Personnel of the Tarelco 1: Motor Pool to find out who are the people on a certain vehicle and to lessen the use of trip ticket which is a problem to both the In-charge personnel and to the employee who wants to reserve for a Vehicle. This Tarelco 1: Motor Pool Online Reservation System will only provide reservation for the Tarelco 1 employee and whenever someone would like to have a access to the Tarelco 1: Motor Pool Online Reservation you have to go to the In-charge personnel to have a access, that means if you are not a Tarelco 1 employee you don’t have an permission to reserve or borrow a vehicle.
