Introduction
After filling out the response page in the Team Dimensions Profile, I found out that I am a creator/refiner.

Interpretation Stage I: Personal Approach
“When working with others to accomplish a specific purpose; people combine their natural thinking and behavioral preferences into an approach,” (Team Dimensions Profile) The first stage is this approach. It is all about how you interact when in a team setting. My personal approach is the Spontaneous Approach; I scored a 38 in that category, significantly higher with a Normative Approach having 22, Methodical 29, and Conceptual, 31. I would agree with my results because the Team Dimensions Profile says, “…tend to move from one subject to another, focusing on many things at once and sometimes showing impatience.” All of which are true, I am constantly focusing on many things at once and I do not usually stay on one subject for very long. When I am working with other people, I can get impatient if they are not keeping up, or have any ideas or motivation of their own. I often let my feelings guide me, which can sometimes get me in trouble if someone says something upsetting to me.

Interpretation Stage II: Role
My role on a team is the Creator; I am the ideas person. I conceptualize solutions and perceive the “big picture.” My role is accurate; when one of my coworkers comes to me with an issue I can usually have 3-5 solutions for them in a matter of seconds. I like solving problems, but I know not everyone does everything the same way, so you need varied solutions so it is more likely you will have one perfect for what the situation needs. I love to create, anything. Therefore, this role is perfect for me because no matter what I am creating it is imperative to me that it
