Abstract
Discussion on Carly and Team member Morris is given here with emphasis on solution and determination on how to resolve the conflict that has made a project fall behind Phase 4 model as well as implementation on proper scope, and discussion and delineation on how to resolve such conflicts during a project will all be discussed herein.

Introduction
The focus of this discussion is that Carly, which is the project manager, has stated some concerns about a team member Morris, and has complained that he is always a problem because he trying to countermand the authority of Carly, but after a brief meeting with both Carly and Morris it seems that Carly has exaggerated the details, so what is happening is that Carly feels threatened by Morris and all the other team member can sense this, so it has created a negative environment in which it has delayed the focus of the project to be done on within due diligence
Delay of Project: Situations like the aforementioned are not uncommon in a work environment, but it is an obstacle of delegating authority, this often happens when people, such as Carly, heading up a project, don’t realize that people have opinions, and they want to be heard. Usually not everyone will work the same way, there is diversity especially when groups are involved. There is no doubt that a lot of time has been wasted by Carly trying to justify a situation that has taken away the focus of the project, feelings are running high because of the tension that has been created; it is clear that Carly does not possess communication skills nor has acted responsible as a manger. Respecting the opinion of team members would be a key element that Carly lacked in this project and Carly should have not been blaming Morris for her

...Process Managment Description Process Management includes a myriad of activities: insuring that a product or service is of high quality, choosing the appropriate design and technology for producing a good or service, planning and controlling the flow of materials or customers so that lead times are minimized, and distributing finished goods or services. Relevant decisions range from how much material to order for making a product, to determining how much capacity is needed to provide a good level of service, to evaluating which technology will best meet a company's needs. In short, this course focuses primarily on developing and applying tools and techniques to ensure that the right products and resources are at the right place at the right time so as to maximize profit within a business process or supply chain. ...instinctive leadership qualities and traits; many people can become great leaders with the training, earned respect and situations or environment. This paper will also discuss what makes an effective leader. Paper Section Whether great leaders are born or are they made is a greatly debated subject. Some people are certainly born with leadership instinct(s) that may never be fully realized and developed. "Leaders are developed. Leadership is nothing more than a collection of skills, that when employed, produces results." (Garic, 2006) In today's ever-changing job market and economy, many leaders and many types of effective leaders will be needed. Leadership development is the way to mold various personal traits: personality, talent, honesty, ability, sincerity, skill, confidence, integrity, into a good leader. As Pace states: "There are no set rules for what makes a good leader, but most successful leaders can draw on several qualities to help them lead." (Pace, 2006) Leaders draw on personal experience, as well as, training, knowledge and reflection of others' experience. Learning leadership can be illustrated thusly: Experience +New Knowledge + Reflection (with support & feedback) + TIME (more practice/experience) = Leadership Growth and Development (Ruvolo, Petersen, &...
