With a thank you notes, a smile and public praise, the leader lets others know how much they mean to the organization. The importance of the leader is to make people feel like heroes.
The real leaders are in love – in love with people who do the work, with what their organization produce, and with their customers.

Exemplary leader create the positive affirmation in organization it helps to achieving outcome beyond the norm are significantly more successful.
According scientific research positive expectation aren’t just fluff. Also it is not just positive outlook. The expectation you hold as leader provide the framework into which people fit their own realities. They shape how you behave toward others and how they behave on the task. If you express confidence in their abilities , they will put their heart into whatever project is on the table.
If you would like to create the winners, you have to believe that your constituents are already winners. It’s not that they will be a winner some day they are winners right now! If you believe that people are winners , you will treat them that way through – tone of voice, posture, gesture, and facial expression. Indeed it is about being friendly, positive, supportive and encouraging. Output of this technique that people see that they are capable of extraordinary performance, they develop that expectation of themselves. People always has to know what they are supposed to be doing it is helped to put their hearts and mind into they work. You need to clarify what the expected outcome look like and make sure

The central mission for the Wounded Warrior Unit is to heal, recover, and reintegration Soldiers back to the Force or back to the civilian communities as Veterans. Placement in the unit can be rewarding, but at the same time it comes with great challenges.
