On the above date and time I located at both a male and female at McDonald's.

The male subject, identified as Steven Edward Halecky and the female subject, Anna Brooke Jahosky, were sitting at a both inside of McDonald's.

Officer Esposito and I were at McDonald's to locate Halecky for his involvement in a fraudulent return that occurred at Walmart on this day. Furthermore, Jahosky committed a petit retail theft and she was also trespassed from Walmart twice in 2013. The merchandise and money were later recovered and Walmart declined to press criminal charges on either subject. However, LP requested that Halecky be trespassed from Walmart, reference case #2017-1167.
