The Grinch committed his act of conspiracy when he spoke of his plan to max, “"I know just what to do!" The Grinch laughed in his throat. "I'll make a quick Santa Claus hat and a coat."” With the intentions of pretending to be Santa as he broke into the Whoville homes. This is when The Grinch’s Burglary began.
