The Cask of Amontillado Fortunato was bullying Montressor so he got fed up with him and didn’t want to hear it so he dealt with him. So he tricked him into wanting his Amontillado. Fortunato was interested in this
Amontillado because he likes wine. Montressor takes him to this carnival to try this Amontillado. They walk around for a little bit Fortunato drank some and is now intoxicated. Adventually Montressor gets Fortunato to follow him. So Montressor leads him into the catacombs. This is Montressors chance to get back at him so Montressor takes his chances Fortunato is wondering where this Amontillado is so they walk for longer in the catacombs so now they get to this room that looks really old and a little sketchy
