The work culture results define me very well. I feel that I strive in a secure, comfortable and stable environment. Then there is a disruption in my environment, I tend to get overwhelmed and stressed out very easily. I have learned some stress relieving techniques, but stress still comes on quickly when there are disruptions. I like having a clearly defined job and I set goals for myself to achieve my expectations of a high standard of work. When I do achieve my goals, I do like to celebrate my success and the success of the people around me.
I try to be a perfectionist in my work environment, I make sure I have a plan for the day and any projects that we are doing to have the materials prepared. I make sure the children have fun and are safe in my classroom no matter if we are in circle time, writing, crafts, or just playing in centers. I go are my class and make sure all of my cleaning sprays, shape objects, and other thing was cause harm my student and other people in my classroom are put away. I work very hard to keep a clean room, I spend a hour a day at the end of the day to make sure my room is clean (swept, mopped, chairs, tables and toy are clean) and organized. I lately have been learning office protocol and covered for my director will she was out last week. I noticed that I always had a note pad around me to write notes and if there was a problem I wrote my concerns down and sent my director an email at the end of the day so then the next day I could have a solution for the problem. While I was covering for my director last week, I noticed that I cared about my co-workers welfare, one of the our teachers was feeling sick so with, I was very concerned about her and sent her home and advised her to go to a doctor. I also noticed some things that were not far, one teacher was getting twenty times at the end of the day to clean her room while on the clock and other teachers only can clean their rooms during nap time or at the end of the day when they are off the clock. I have learned that if you want happy employees then everyone has to be equal and that was not, and several teachers complained about not getting equal treatment.

This is where the international operations is greatly needed, having this you know that when you walk in to Starbucks anywhere it will be the same. Language Cultural

...What was the change of the language culture after Hong Kong handover to China in 1997? By Kay Yim Hoi Man Hong Kong's culture was born in a fusion of East and West. It not only kept many Chinese traditions, but also experienced a baptism of western culture. Since the cause of the First and Second Opium War from 1983 to 1986 , Hong Kong was become a British colony. Therefore, many Britons came to Hong Kong for development and eventually English became the major language(¶4). However, the proportion of Britons lived in Hong Kong were gradually declined as there were large numbers of Mainland China immigrated to Hong Kong since 1974.Luckily, Hong Kong was located on a favorable geographical location, where could attract numerous of people from Western and Asian ,especially the majority of other cities in China ,for example Shanghai.( ¶1)(7)As a result, there had the reduction of multilingualism and the enlargement of Cantonese as usual spoken between 1960s and 1990s.(157)( ¶3) From my point of view, the adoption of "Biliterate and trilingual” policy (¶2) was probably good after Hong Kong handover to China. In the past, British government did not excluded the unique cultures of Hong Kong such as Cantonese and Traditional Chinese. Most of them were willing to accept and even actively to encourage people to learn. However, after Hong Kong returned to China, China government had interfered in Hong Kong Culture. Formerly, we would use traditional Chinese as our local written...

Corporate culture is significant in that it “influences the behavior of everyone within an organization and, if carefully crafted, can have a significant positive effect on organizational success”. Louis Gerstner (2002) comments “I came to see, in my time at IBM, that culture isn’t just one aspect of the game-it is the game. In the end, an organization is nothing more than collective capacity of its people to create value. Vision, strategy, marketing, financial management- any management system, in fact- can set you on right path and carry you for a while. But no enterprise- whether business, government, health care or any area of human endeavor – will succeed over the long haul if those element aren’t part of its DNA.” The culture of the...

Additionally, the diversity training was only conducted for persons within an academic setting and may suggest that people outside of academia would respond much differently to diversity training. The findings of the research suggest and support the idea that a lack of diversity in organizations may be a liability and that providing diversity training to teams and organizations with a little or no diversity can achieve positive results but at the same time, may result in a reduction of creative performance. The opposite was supported for organizations who were composed of a high amount of diverse individuals. The research also suggests that there is a positive effect of having mandatory diversity training and mention that voluntary diversity training may result in missing those who need diversity training the most. Last, the findings of the study suggest that organizational members who have...
