Getting them together would be seemingly impossible, so supposing they would agree to this with no problems, I think the fastest and most efficient means of travel would have to be through time (time machine). The purpose of this journey would be to show Hitler, Zedong, Stalin, and Mussolini what they had done, hoping that by actually experiencing the pain and anguish that they had caused, it would provoke them from making such heinous mistakes.
